You can charge an up front fee to have your ATMs at an event; up to $400 per event plus you keep any transaction fees charged, this gives the event operator the option of having cash on site but also covers your costs and time for being there in the event of limited transactions.
Our machines are state of the art and there are technicians available in almost every town or city where there are ATM Machines in the event of the machine needing service.
Our Hyosung machines have an undisputed 99% up time and the most common problem is caused by the quality of the notes in the dispenser when loading the cash into the machine.
We will “train” you in all aspects of the ATM operation, including enabling you to display adverts on your screen (and charge for it) and have telephone and email support available.
What is on Offer?
1. Your trailer is fully owned, cashed and operated by you.
2. You set the transaction fee per event – we recommend $3.00 for normal fairs, markets and fetes but go up to $4.00 for Music festivals, races, special events .
3. We suggest you have a float of at least $40K cash for local events , more for larger events
4. Your costs – you pay a set fee of $43 plus GST per month per modem for the wireless data modem and data transmission, this is all data and transmission.
5. Your pay a switching fee of 55 cents per transaction ; remembering you are charging $3.00 so your take is then $2.45 per transaction, we offer the lowest deployment costs around. Some companies charge up to $1.00.
6. The above charge also covers any charge back queries if raised by customers using your ATM, so all you do is load the cash, lock the safe and you are basically up and running in around 15 minutes after arriving on site.
7. Your money is deposited DIRECTLY into your account the next business day of the withdrawal Monday to Thursday and for withdrawals on a Friday or a weekend it is deposited on Monday , this is done DIRECTLY by the bank. So to put it simply if you are operating on Wednesday at a market and your machine pays out $10,000 for the day, on Thursday the total $10,000.00 is deposited back into your nominated bank account by the various banks, so the next day your $10,000.00 is back with you. If this amount was taken out by 150 transactions and you made $2.45 per transaction, you would have made a profit of $367.50 for the use of your money for less than 24 hours! If this was a festival, a special event or larger type event you work the sums out!
8. Your transaction fee is paid out within 7 days of the end of the month directly to your nominated bank account and again we do not have any control of this as the banks settle them on the 30 / 31 of each month and then distributed.
9. Although we are not a franchised business we will not sell multiple units into areas that cannot absorb them so as to protect and grow our existing customers. We expect it to take some time to build up your base of contacts so we will refer enquiries received by us through our national 1300 number and website to the appropriate vendor.
